Candice Crawford Cited For Underage DrinkingIt never stops. The new Miss Missouri USA, Candice Crawford, was recently cited in Columbia, Mo., as a minor in possession of alcohol.

Somewhere, fellow embattled beauty queens Tara Conner, Katie Blair, Ingrid Marie Rivera, Amy Polumbo, Valerie Begue and Katie Rees are smiling.

And quite possibly getting their drink on!

Candice Crawford, a junior and broadcast journalism major at the University of Missouri-Columbia, is the sister of Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford.

With her December, 2007 citation for underage possession of alcohol, 20-year-old Candice Crawford became the latest beauty queen to make celebrity gossip news.

The Columbia Missourian's police blotter reads simply:

Candice Crawford, 20, was cited for suspicion of minor in possession at 12:08 a.m. March 16 at Tonic in the 100 block of South Ninth Street.
Jim Leyritz Arrested for DUI, Vehicular HomicideMischa Barton is actually not the worst example of drunk driving this week.

Jim Leyritz, a member of the New York Yankees championship teams in the 1990s, is being held at Broward County Jail in Florida, after being an arrest for DUI and vehicular homicide.

WPLG-TV and TMZ report that, according to police, Leyritz was driving a Ford SUV that crashed into another vehicle in downtown Fort Lauderdale early this morning.

The other car rolled, the female driver was ejected and she later died of injuries sustained in the crash. Jim Leyritz was booked at 4:30 AM on two charges of DUI and is being held on $11,000 bond.

For this staff writer of The Hollywood Gossip - along with numerous other baseball fans - Jim Leyritz is best known for twirling his bat after every pitch, as well as slamming the dramatic, game-tying, three-run home run against the Atlanta Braves in Game 4 of the 1996 World Series.
Mischa Barton Arrested For DUI, Held on $10,000 BailFormer star of The OC Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license early this morning.

The frail, 21-year-old actress was pulled over early this morning around 3:00 a.m. as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif., and is still in custody.

Mischa Barton is being held on $10,000 bail. No word on what her BAC was, but seeing as she weighs about 75 pounds, one drink would probably get her smashed.

The arrest of the actress was first reported by Hollyscoop.com. Mischa Barton was under the influence and driving a white Range Rover without a license.

Soon enough, we'll have the newest, drunkest addition to our gallery of celebrity mug shots, which already includes Mischa's skinny BFF, Nicole Richie.
Girl Meets Cops: Danielle Fishel Arrested!Danielle Fishel is best known for starring in the wet dreams of many young men during her time as Topanga on Boy Meets World.

Earlier this week, however, the young actress met the inside of a jail cell: she was arrested for drunk driving early Friday morning. Jessica Sierra must be so proud.

Reportedly, a car Fishel was in was pulled over in Newport Beach around 5 a.m. The former child star was released shortly thereafter, although we presume she has a lot of explaining to do to Mr. Feeny now.

This isn't the first mistake Danielle Fishel has ever made: in 1999, she dated Lance Bass. He later admitted he was gay.
Amy Winehouse Arrested in Connection with Blake Fielder-Civil Case; Singer Not Yet ChargedAmy Winehouse has been arrested and taken into custody in connection with an alleged plan to derail a criminal case against her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.

"A 24-year-old woman has been arrested by appointment at an East London police station," a police spokeswoman said, without naming Amy Winehouse.

"[The woman] is currently in custody. The arrest was in connection with an investigation into perverting the course of justice."

Amy Winehouse's U.S. representative confirmed the singer's arrest, saying: "I can confirm that she did go in voluntarily to be interviewed and was placed under arrest, as is common practice in the U.K., before being questioned."

He is currently in jail awaiting trial. As is British custom, police do not publicly name people who are arrested - only if they are later charged with a crime.

Winehouse was forced to give fingerprints and a saliva swab to police, as "any person arrested is required to give both DNA and fingerprints," the police said.

Another source denied a recent News of the World report that Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil have a suicide pact if they both are put behind bars.
Arrest Warrant For Daniel Baldwin IssuedA judge has revoked probation and issued an arrest warrant for actor Daniel Baldwin after he failed to appear in court for a scheduled progress report on his ongoing rehabilitation, stemming from a drug arrest occurring last year.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Millington issued the warrant after the actor failed to show up in court as scheduled this past Friday morning.

The actor, 47, is the brother of actors Alec Baldwin (star of 30 Rock), William Baldwin and Stephen Baldwin and has starred on numerous TV shows, including "Homicide: Life on the Street," and was also in some movies and stuff.

As celebrities go, he's D-list at best. But as celebrity mug shots go, this one is a definite B, maybe even a B+ (you can see a little bit of Nick Nolte here).

Daniel Baldwin entered the drug rehabilitation program in hopes of having the pair of charges dismissed. At a February hearing, his attorney said the actor had completed various programs and was continuing treatment.

He and Britney Spears bonded in rehab in February. We're serious.
We have just learned that Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland has been arrested for DUI. We cannot sit here and tell you were are entirely stunned by the news. Guy is a little out there.

Weiland has long battled substance abuse and was arrested after crashing his car and failing sobriety tests on November 11 in Southern California's San Fernando Valley, the California Highway Patrol said.

No one was injured in the accident.

The musician was booked at the Van Nuys jail and refused to take a blood or urine test. He posted $40,000 bail and is due in court December 13.

Weiland has yet to be formally charged by the L.A. City Attorney's office.

The former Stone Temple Pilots singer is no stranger to legal trouble over the years. He was jailed for drug offenses in the 1990s and then some.

He was busted for buying crack in 1995, domestic violence in 2001, DUI in 2003, and allegedly trashed a hotel room while brawling with wife Mary Weiland.

Mary Weiland, who was arrested and booked for investigation of felony arson vandalism after allegedly setting fire to some of her husband's clothes, later issued a statement saying her husband was "simply trying to help calm me down."

In July, Scott Weiland claimed he was past his troubles, saying, "There's definitely a Cleaver sense about our household."
Jessica Sierra Almost Blows ArrestJessica Sierra's mouth didn't earn her the title of American Idol.

So the singer is trying to put her oral talents to a different use.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Sierra told the arresting officer over the weekend, "I'll suck your d-ick if you don't take me to jail."

Once her Antonella Barba-like offer was rejected, Sierra hurled the N word a few times, screaming, "F*** you N*****!" According to the police report, her friend tried calming Jessica down as went to shove a cop. From there, naturally, Sierra and her pal ended up fighting in the street.

The former American Idol finalist has been charged with disorderly intoxication, violation of parole, obstruction of justice and tremendous celebrity gossip fodder.
Jessica Sierra: Arrested, AgainSales of Jordin Sparks' debut album have been a disappointment so far. But things could be worse.

The 17-year old could be facing the problems of another former American Idol finalist, Jessica Sierra.

The singer was jailed early Saturday after a drunken confrontation with police and onlookers. This arrest comes less than two weeks after she pleaded no contest to charges of battery and possession of cocaine.

Sierra, who is making O.J. Simpson seem like a law-abiding citizen, was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges. She's being held without bond.

"As the defendant was taken into custody, she attempted to push away and flee the scene," arresting officers wrote on their report.

Back on November 19, Circuit Judge Gregory Holder sentenced Sierra to 12 months probation and random drug screening, stemming from an altercation in April where she was accused of hitting a man on the head with a glass.

Officers proceeded to find a small amount of cocaine while searching her afterward at the county jail, helping Sierra out-criminalize Mary Delgado in a comparison of recent reality TV arrests.
Four men have been arrested in the shooting death of NFL player Sean Taylor and say they didn't plan to kill him, Miami-area authorities report.

"[The suspects] were expecting a residence that was not occupied. Murder or shooting someone was not their initial motive," Robert Parker, director of the Miami-Dade Police Department, told the media Friday night.

Just the same, according to police, there have been multiple confessions in the case and the individuals will be charged with murder of Sean Taylor.

"They were certainly not looking to go there and kill anyone," he said. "Their obvious motive was to go there and steal the contents of the house."

The suspects are Venjah K. Hunte, 20; Eric Rivera Jr., 17; Jason Scott Mitchell, 17; and Charles Kendrick Lee Wardlow, 18. Sean Taylor, 24, died in the hospital Tuesday, a day after being shot during an apparent burglary at his home.

The men knew the NFL star lived at the house, and police told CNN they are investigating the possibility that one or more suspects knew his family.

At 1:45 a.m. Monday, Taylor's girlfriend and the mother of his daughter, Jackie Garcia (the niece of actor Andy Garcia), called 911 and said someone had been shot.

Jackie Garcia did not see what happened to Sean Taylor that night and could not provide a suspect description, Parker told reporters.

She told police she was hiding under the bedding during the attack.

Police said Garcia and Taylor were awakened by noise in the living room and that Sean Taylor got up and locked the bedroom door, but the door was kicked in and two shots fired, one striking him in the leg, leaving him in critical condition.

Jackie Garcia tried to call 911 but was unable to, and used her cell phone instead, police said. There was no evidence the line had been cut.

A break-in was also reported eight days earlier, Miami-Dade police said.

Police say someone forced a window open and left a kitchen knife on a bed. Several drawers and a bedroom safe were searched during the break-in.

Sean Taylor was home unexpectedly in South Florida due to an injury incurred on the football field, his former attorney, Richard Sharpstein, told reporters.

"I think he was surprised or they were surprised to find him," he said.
No Celebrity Justice: Lindsay Lohan to Go FreeLindsay Lohan gets off easily with guys.

And now she reportedly gets off easily with the law, as well.

People magazine says the drunk dodged felony charges in her two drunken-driving cases, with prosecutors filing misdemeanor counts after tests found she possessed insufficient amounts of cocaine.

Unlike Michael Vick, the actress won't be seeing the inside of a cell for very long because she was charged with seven misdemeanor counts, including two each of driving under the influence, driving with blood alcohol of over .08 percent, being under the influence of cocaine and reckless driving.

The charges stem from two separate DUI incidents, one in May in Beverly Hills and one in July in Santa Monica.

In both cases, Lohan was making like Tara Conner (i.e. carrying cocaine). But in each instance, the amounts tested were below the .05 grams required by office policy for felony filing.

A conference before a Beverly Hills judge is set for Thursday afternoon, in which Lohan may enter a plea a day before her arraignment which was originally set for Friday.

The 21-year-old is currently in rehab at the Cirque Lodge program in Utah. She sucks.
Even Lindsay Lohan has to be shocked at this one.

Sure, she's embarrassed herself beyond comprehension and proven to be a brat who doesn't take any responsibilities for her actions. But she could at least, like, look good in her mug shot, right? Is that too much for a 21-year-old star to ask?

And, as if this crummy photo, a crumbling personal life and her recent string of arrests weren't enough, Lindsay Lohan's week has gotten even worse.

Lohan is apparently being sued by some woman who claims that Lindsay and a bodyguard hit her car a few months ago, then gave her a fake name and number. TMZ reports:

"Signe Dupuy claims that in April 2007 Lindsay Lohan and her main man, Jaz, cut her off in their SUV while she was driving on Fairfax Ave. in L.A. Dupuy says when she got out of the car, Lindsay stopped and glared at her, while Jaz was 'hostile' and 'tried to intimidate' her. She says they gave her a fake name and number and drove away. Signe tells us this is her last resort, as she has tried to contact Lindsay Lohan several times, even sending her rep a letter. Lindsay's rep said she did get the letter but "filed it away," adding "I assumed the letter was sent to [Lindsay's] lawyers. That's what they're paid for."

Wow. Lindsay's lawyers are going to be making some serious coin this year, that's for damn sure. All that reckless drunk driving means big fees! Note to LiLo: The whole fake name thing works better when you're not a famous movie star.

Also, who the frick is this Jaz?

In any case, the only thing getting crappier reviews than Lindsay Lohan's rowdy, sometimes naked antics of late is her new movie, I Know Who Killed Me, which debuted in 9th place at the box office, bringing in a paltry $3.4 million. Let's see what some of the critics say:

Associated Press:
It makes you wonder what Lindsay Lohan was thinking when she said yes to this project... Want to know who killed her? She's doing it to herself!

THG NOTE: Dina Lohan is helping!

New York Daily News:
Truth is, no review could really do justice to the monumental trashiness of this mess; it really has to be seen to be believed.

The New York Post:
... sleazy, inept and worthless piece of torture porn... Is [Lohan] now playing the sort of exploitation role that usually goes to desperate beginners because of her apparent lack of self-esteem, or because better offers are drying up due to her hard-partying reputation?

The New York Times:
Both characters are significantly more credible than the plot, a baroque blend of severed limbs, secular stigmata and prostheses doubling as ceiling ornaments... The film does, however, offer the intriguing image of Ms. Lohan trying to stitch herself back together - a scene begging for a metaphorical reading... Pretentious and inane, I Know Who Killed Me arouses unexpected sympathy for its embattled star.

The Onion:
I Know Who Killed Me may just mark the nadir in Lohan's sad, excruciatingly public descent from hot young star to walking punchline. Having broken free of the Disney machine that molded her, Lohan now seems intent on destroying her career and credibility on her own terms.

THG NOTE: Hey, it's working for Britney Spears, too.

MTV.com:
Why Lindsay Lohan thought it was worthwhile to get day passes out of rehab last year to make this picture is more mystifying than anything Dakota and Aubrey (her dual characters) get up to. Her career could take a hit only if anybody goes to see this thing. For her, that may be the only good news of the week.
I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want.
- Lindsay Lohan

That quote pretty much sums up the breaking celebrity news regarding Lindsay Lohan's drunken, dangerous antics over the weekend.

But, thanks to TMZ, we can actually take you through the step-by-step account of what took place late Sunday night. The three men who were in the car with Dina Lohan's spoiled alcoholic of a daughter recounted the tale. Sit back and prepare for the shocking details...

Part One
TMZ interviewed all three men who were in the car with the Firecrotch Queen that night and here's the lowdown: Rewind to Monday afternoon. Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake drove to Malibu with the boyfriend of Lindsay Lohan's assistant. Lindsay and her assistant ran into Dante and friends.

Later, the assistant text-messaged Dante, saying Lindsay wanted to invite him to a Malibu party that night.

Later, Dante says, he and his friends drove to the party. Dante and the assistant's boyfriend were let in, but Jakon and Ronnie were rejected and stayed outside. Dante says Lindsay was never without a drink during the evening and he even did a shot with her.

At one point, Lindsay's assistant and her boyfriend walked outside and got into an argument. Lindsay came out and got angry at her assistant. The assistant then said, "I quit," which enraged Lindsay.

Part Two
Ronnie says Lindsay looked "very messed up" and "raging." (sort of like Britney Spears, all the time, we'd imagine.)

Dante and crew were ready to leave. The GMC Denali they were in belonged to Dante, but he was sitting in the front passenger seat. Ronnie and Jakon were in the back seat. The assistant's boyfriend was behind the wheel. The keys were in the ignition when the assistant's boyfriend got out and continued the argument with his girlfriend. She then got in her car and left.

According to the group, Lindsay suddenly jumped in the driver's seat of the Denali, started the engine and began driving - chasing the assistant's car. Ronnie says he was so fearful, he jumped out of the vehicle as it accelerated. Just as he hit the ground, he says Lindsay ran over his foot and just kept going.

Dante and Jakon say Lindsay then hit Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Dante says he tried to grab the wheel, prompting Lindsay to say, "If you touch me I'll sue you." Jakon says they pleaded with her to stop.

Part Three
Dante says they were going 100 MPH. They say Lindsay caught up with the assistant and began doing circles on PCH, around the assistant's car.

They say at one point, Lindsay boasted, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want."

Part Four
The now former assistant finally lost Lindsay on PCH. Dante says Lindsay thought the assistant was going to her mother's house in Santa Monica so Lindsay went there. It just so happened that the assistant's mother was pulling into the driveway as Lindsay - who is making Spencer Pratt seem likable - arrived.

Dante says the mother panicked at Lindsay's crazy driving, and backed out of the driveway in fear - not knowing who was behind the wheel. The guys say Lindsay then began to chase her at speeds of up to 80 MPH through Santa Monica, blowing multiple red lights.

Dante realized the mother was driving to the police station and warned Lindsay if she didn't stop she'd get in hot water. He says Lindsay responded, "I'm a celebrity. I'm not going to get in trouble." Of course, Jason Wahler may argue with Lohan on this point.

The two cars stopped in a parking lot near the cop shop. When police arrived, Dante says it seemed as if Lindsay told officers, "I wasn't driving. The black kid was driving."

Dante and Jakon say they saw Lindsay flunk the field sobriety test. They say when she tried touching her nose, she almost fell over. As Ronnie put it "It was pretty much the worst night of my entire summer."

Lohan's reps had no comment.
Remember how we said we missed slutty Lindsay Lohan in the news?

You should. That was yesterday.

Well, The Hollywood Gossip staff has also missed the unqualified rage of Mel Gibson. But we can finally relax. The Jew-hating drunk is back ... and Mayan experts are his next target!

According to TMZ.com, the Michael Richards sympathizer was at Cal State University at Northridge in the San Fernando Valley last night. Gibson was speaking to a film class about his movies and several members of the Mayan community came to hear the famous director.

After Gibson's presentation, the crowd was allowed to ask questions. Which is a recipe for disaster akin to asking Nicole Richie to move for more than five consecutive minutes.

Alicia Estrada, an Assistant Professor of Central American Studies at CSUN, challenged Gibson, asking him if he had read about the Mayan culture before shooting the controversial film. Mel said he had.

Estrada persisted, stating that representations in the movie that the Mayans engaged in sacrificial ceremonies and had bloodthirsty tendencies were both wrong and racist. Estrada and others tell TMZ that Gibson exploded in anger, responding, "Lady, F**k off."

Even his publicist, Howard Rubenstein - who's job seems more difficult than Sanjaya Malakar vocal coach - said: "He needs more anger management training. It's time to be cool."

We still have faith in you, Mel. If Heather Mills can dance and dig gold on one leg, anything is possible.
