The Christy Martin saga continues to grow stranger and more sordid. This much we know:

Martin, a former boxing champion, was shot and stabbed last week. She survived the attack and told police her husband, James, was behind it. James then stabbed himself yesterday. Seriously.

Now, according to a sheriff's report obtained by TMZ, Martin has stated the reason why her husband went off in the first place: she told James she was leaving him for a woman named Sherry.

In Martin's official statement, she told police she had been staying in a hotel during the days leading up to this violent incident. Allegedly, James was already aware his wife was having an affair and had threatened to release "incriminating videos of her over YouTube" in light of this news.

When Christy told James she was officially leaving him for Sherry, he took out a knife and and a black handgun that he kept in the house.

It's unclear how Christy got away from her attacker, but she made it outside, flagged down a car and arrived at the hospital in time to share her side of the story with authorities.

Alexis Neiers of E!'s Pretty Wild fame was just arrested for a probation violation and authorities say she was in possession of black tar heroin when busted.

Neiers never checked in for probation after being released from jail in July (always a smart move), so this morning, cops decided to visit her at home.

Black tar heroin, an extremely potent form of that drug, was discovered on the premises, and immediately Neiers was placed under arrest as a result.

Alexis Neiers is still on probation for burglarizing celebrity homes in L.A. last year, so this new arrest could lead to some serious time in the slammer.

She was also found with a fake Florida driver's license and was booked on a probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, and perjury.

Forget using heroin ... all you have to do is check in with the probation officer, Alexis! How hard is that? You KNOW they'll look for you otherwise!

An explosive tabloid report this morning claims that Britney Spears was assaulted by her boyfriend Jason Trawick, and that she was pregnant at the time.

He also cheated on the pop star with a teenager, supposedly.

A main source cited in this Star Magazine cover story is Jason Alexander, Brit's former husband (albeit for less than three days) way back in the day ...

Doctored or not, the cover does show a photo of Britney’s black eye, which Jason Trawick allegedly provided after she accused him of straying.

Perhaps most shockingly, on top of the beatdown, the magazine claims Britney Spears was pregnant with his baby at the time ... and no longer is?

While it's impossible to believe much that Star says, this is unusually inflammatory, borderline libelous stuff to concoct and run for no reason.

For the second time in a couple months, Justin Bieber finds himself at the center of an assault allegation. This time, though, the singer's bodyguard accused of acting inappropriately.

Legendary singer Willie Nelson was busted over the weekend in Texas for possession of six ounces of marijuana. Wait ... Willie Nelson smokes pot? Who knew.

Nelson’s tour bus pulled into a routine checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Tex. and in an astonishing feat of law enforcement, an officer noticed a familiar herb smell.

Hudspeth County Sheriff Arvin West said: “It’s kind of surprising, but I mean we treat him like anybody else." And by surprising, he probably means not at all.

As much of a joke as this sounds like, a criminal defense attorney in Austin says six ounces of pot could get Willie six months minimum and up to two years.

But Bruce Margolin, director of the L.A. chapter of NORML, thinks he has a defense that could spring the 77-year-old crooner by tracing the weed to Cali.

Specifically, Nelson can claim he forgot the California-grown pot was on the bus. The Golden State is cool with medicinal marijuana, after all. Stay tuned.

Bruce Beresford-Redman may never be a free man again.

The former TV producer and suspected murderer has been denied bail by Los Angeles District Court Judge Susan Segal, who said in court today "I do not believe he can be awarded with bail for the allegations which he has been alleged... Mr. Redman presents a risk of flight.”

Beresford-Redman was taken into custody on November 16 and charged with the brutal killing of wife Monica Beresford-Redman. Her body was found in a Cancun sewer on April 8.

Bruce's parents were present in court this afternoon to show support for their son, who arrived in handcuffs and often smiled back at his relatives throughout the hearing.

Even in divorce, Denise Richards can't get away from the mayhem Charlie Sheen leaves in his drunken wake.

Because the actor's ex-wife was actually present at dinner on the night Sheen allegedly went ballistic and eventually threatened the life of Capri Anderson - the porn star has said Richards left when she saw the evening turning into a night of "floozies" - police have contacted the actress.

Richards was also sleeping in the Plaza Hotel room across from her ex when cops arrived on the scene. She reportedly entered at some point and could have spotted evidence to be used in an investigation.

Sources tell TMZ Denise plans to "fully cooperate."

Meanwhile, a police spokesman spoke to E! News and gave some background on just what the NYPD is looking into, based on charges Anderson has brought against her one-time date.

"She decided a month later the crime that was completed was harassment," the spokesman said. "She said he was shouting at her, knocking things off in the hotel room, acting irrational. She voluntarily locked herself in the bathroom and was not held against her will. She was not a victim of assault. She was not imprisoned in the hotel room."

Why didn't police initially investigate the events?

"When we responded, she didn't file a police report. She never said she felt in danger. Mr. Sheen voluntarily went to the hospital were he underwent a psychiatric evaluation."

Cops will also speak to Sheen about the incident at some point over the next couple days.

Perhaps an English teacher could do the same. This crazy dude needs serious grammar help!

Martin, who once appeared on the undercard of a Mike Tyson match, is recovering in a Florida hospital after being shot and stabbed yesterday.

While details are still coming in, TMZ reports the boxer stumbled out of her home after the incident, flagged down a car and was taken to get care by a passing motorist. Despite her injuries, Martin told authorities the man behind the attack was her 66-year-old husband and trainer, James Martin.

Police are now on the hunt for the man who made the mistake of thinking Christy Martin could be knocked out so easily.

Fantasia Barrino may possess an incredible voice, but she's known more for her scandal-filled personal life than anything else these days.

The latest bombshell to drop from this former American Idol champion arrives courtesy of her recent court testimony, as Fantastia was a witness in boyfriend Antwaun Cook's divorce proceedings against ex-wife Paula yesterday.

Under oath, Barrino reportedly stated she got pregnant by Cook and had an abortion.

In August, Cook admitted he had been sleeping with the singer, but said Fantasia was unaware he was still married.

That was the focus of a line of questioning in front of a Mecklenburg County Court judge yesterday, as Paula Cook's attorney pressed Barrino on whether or not she knew her boyfriend was still living with his wife during their relationship.

Because reporters were barred from the courtroom, it's unknown exactly what exchange led to Fantasia's admission, but multiple sources told Radar Online she confirmed the abortion and said it took place around the time of her summer suicide attempt.

Antwaun and Paula are in court because they were unable to settle on terms of a divorce through private mediation.

Meanwhile, it's still conceivable that Paula could sue Fantasia over the unusual Alienation of Affection law, which North Carolina still has on the books and which states that an abandoned spouse can file lawsuit against the party responsible for the dissolution of a marriage.

Tony Parker's sexting ways may not have ended with Erin Barry.

Sophia Egeler, a 19-year-old (!) British model, says the NBA star, now in the midst of an ugly divorce from Eva Longoria, sent her racy texts as well.

The Sun (UK) was the first to report on Egeler, who says Tony Parker was textin' dirrrrty with her and even sent a half-naked pic of himself. Classy.

The model reveals that the San Antonio Spurs guard pursued her with sultry messages after meeting at an Ultimate Fighting show at the O2 Arena in London.

"From the minute he met me he was trying it on. I had no idea he was Eva Longoria's husband," Sophia Egeler said. "He would not take no for an answer."

She later said that she was finally persuaded to go to London nightspot Whisky Mist with a sports agent they both knew, and they partied in the VIP lounge.

"I decided at 1 a.m. I wanted to leave but Parker followed me into the street. He begged me to come back to a house he claimed was his. I said no."

Although Tony received no from Sophia that night, the next day, Tony began sending the steamy text messages after getting her number from a pal.

It got worse when he sent Sophia his half-naked photo, asking "You want a sexier one still?" Tony also offered to rendezvous with her several times.

Days later, Tony reportedly sent Sophia a message, informing her that he was in town. "I was out with friends so didn't get his messages," she said.

Sophia claimed the flirting stopped when the news of Parker's sexting affair with Erin Barry, his teammate's wife, and split from Eva made the news.

"When I heard I couldn't believe it. How stupid is he?" Sophia mused.

A fair question we've wondered a few times ourselves recently.

This is as bizarre and as heinous a story as we could possibly imagine.

Michael Brea, a small-time actor who once appeared on Ugly Betty, has been taken into custody for allegedly chopping off the head of his mother with a samurai sword.

According to police reports, cops arrived to an "extremely bloody" scene at Brea's Brooklyn home around 2:20 this morning and found the actor holding a bible. They had to subdue him via taser.

A neighbor recounted events, as he/she heard them, to WPIX 11: "I hear [Brea] chasing [his mother] through the house and he's just saying a bunch of [Bible] passages like, 'Repent, Repent, Repent.' I heard him chasing her through the house and I heard a loud scream and so I have my father call the cops."

The victim was found with her head sliced off. At the moment, Brea is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation and then will be handed over to the NYPD.

Willow Palin's homophobic Facebook rant? That was nothing.

According to some narc classmates, Sarah Palin's 16-year-old daughter is an out-of-control party animal who once brokered a drug deal ... at 1 a.m.!

One in the morning! Sarah, do you know where your children are?!

Several former peers of the 16-year-old have gone on record telling Life & Style that Willow "chugged" vodka at a party took part in a "1 a.m. drug deal."

Surprisingly, Tre is not among the narcs quoted by the tabloid.

Lance Nezaticky says he watched Willow Palin take part in a late-night drug deal in a deserted Target parking lot in her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska.

He watched as a male driver pulled up, with Willow riding shotgun. The driver bought $20 worth of marijuana, says Nezaticky, then handed it to Willow.

"It was definitely her," Nezaticky says. "There's no question. I had met her before."

After buying roughly two grams of pot, Willow and her companion drove off. "Willow had been told that the pot was really good stuff," Nezaticky recalls.

Another peer, Matt Scott, shockingly reveals that in October 2009, Willow hid herself away at a party and took swigs straight from a bottle of liquor.

Truly staggering revelations, these.

Imran Chaudhry, who was also at the party, confirms an underage Willow was guzzling vodka: "I saw her drinking from a bottle of Monarch," he says.

"She was chugging it pretty hard."

Hey, what's she gonna do, sip that crap?

In an interview that will air on ABC's Nightline this evening, Capri Anderson says Charlie Sheen wrapped his hands around her neck and used many racial slurs.

But that's far from all.

The porn star admitted to George Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America today that she was offered $3,500 to be Charlie Sheen's escort on October 25. Insisting this money was for her company, not her vagina, Anderson was joined by her lawyer and said she plans to sue Sheen for battery and false imprisonment.

Why didn't Capri initially tell police about lamps being thrown her way and death threats being issued, two of the allegations she elaborates on during the interview?

Anderson claims she was sitting on a coffee table in Sheen's hotel room when the Two and a Half Men star began "snorting a white powdery substance."

Was she there willingly? Was there a bit of romance? Yes and yes. But then Sheen "started throwing things. He threw a lamp. That was the first thing he picked up. And he threw it across the room at me... I became very shocked, scared."

But why did Capri call a friend, instead of the cops, after locking herself in the bathroom following this incident? She says she was in shock, "crying and embarrassed."

Anderson added that Sheen called the next day after offered money for her silence ("He apologized for his behavior and the entire evening, I guess," she says). Reports indicate the amount offered was $20,000.

While many aspects of this story are curious, attorney Keith Davidson summed it up thusly: "There's certain things that no one can deny about that evening. One person was brought away from that hospital against their will, and it was Mr. Sheen."

He may have proven that white men can't jump, but Wesley Snipes has also made it clear that felons can't avoid jail time.

The actor - who was convicted of tax evasion in 2008, but spent years going to extreme lengths to avoid his sentence - had his latest appeal rejected by a federal judge this week.

Told he “had a fair trial” and that “the time has come for the judgment to be enforced,” Snipes will finally be heading to the clink.

“Wesley is very disappointed but staying strong and positive,” his lawyer told The Orlando Sentinel.

It’s unclear when or where Snipes will start serving the sentence. So much for always betting on black, though.
